About New Chapter Housing

Supported accommodation, done with care.

We provide stable, well-managed homes with hands-on support for people who need a safe place to begin again.

Our story

A home on its own wasn't enough.

Bond Docwra Group has housed homeless and vulnerable people across London for five years. Over that time we saw a pattern: people placed in accommodation without adequate support often deteriorated, and placements broke down.

New Chapter Housing was formed in 2020 as the group's supported accommodation arm, to put the right support around the home. We take care of the property and the person's day-to-day stability; trusted partners provide specialist care.
